For students, parents and applicants in the U.S.
Already in the U.S.? Speak to us to check whether concurrent filing is available for you or your child.
With an approved, valid adjustment-based work permit, eligible applicants can generally take internships and jobs while the EB-5 petition is pending. Filing alone does not authorise work.
Applying yourself or funding your child? We coordinate the eligibility review, funding documentation and next steps around your study and career plans. Parental gifts need evidence of lawful source and transfer path.
How Residency First helps
One coordinated relationship, from your first questions to the next stage of life in the U.S.
Clarify your plans, compare project options and coordinate eligibility and lawful-funds reviews.
We organise document requests and follow-up; a recommended attorney reviews the legal evidence and petition.
Coordinate visa or adjustment next steps and practical settlement within your agreed scope.
Track I-829 preparation and residence obligations. Investment reporting and repayment follow separate terms.
Before you commit
We help you organise the questions and bring the right specialists into the review before you invest.
Review project funding, job evidence, fees, escrow release and repayment terms. Keep a separate reserve for family costs and delays.
We coordinate eligibility and lawful-funds preparation with a recommended attorney, alongside the project’s immigration evidence and visa availability.
You decide whether the investment fits your circumstances, based on the project documents and the specialist reviews.
