Who handles your information
RFA DWC LLC, trading as Residency First Advisers, uses the contact information and details you choose to share to respond to enquiries and discuss its services. Contact hello@residencyfirst.com with privacy questions.
Consultation enquiries
We use your name, contact details, country of residence, preferred contact method, application timing and any notes you provide to respond to your enquiry. Please share sensitive identity or financial documents only through an agreed secure process.
Optional EB-5 updates
News and deadline updates are separate from consultation enquiries. When you request updates, we use the contact details you provide for the channels you select. You can ask us to stop sending updates at any time.
Website tools and third-party services
Planning tools run on your device. WhatsApp, email and telephone links open services subject to their own privacy practices. The Google map loads only after you choose to load it. Hosting and communications providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure their services.
Your choices
Contact hello@residencyfirst.com to ask about information you have supplied, request correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw permission for further contact. Retention and disclosure obligations depend on the service relationship and applicable law.
