EB-5 Visa Bulletin:
check your category and country.

A dated reading guide to visa availability. Country, category and the permitted chart matter more than a headline.

Three checks before you act.

01 / CATEGORY

Reserved or unreserved?

Confirm the classification supported by your investment. A marketing label alone is not enough.

02 / COUNTRY

Which chargeability?

Usually country of birth, rather than your address or passport. We coordinate a legal review of any exceptions.

03 / CHART

Filing or final action?

For adjustment, check the chart USCIS permits for the month. Filing availability does not mean approval.
