Fee-date check · The 30 September 2026 EB-5 fee final rule states an effective date of 30 November 2026. Speak to us to coordinate a check of the fees applicable to your filing date; do not use a historical quote. Read the final rule.
Add fees and household costs to your investment.
A more informed next step
The qualifying capital is generally tied to the principal investor’s case, rather than multiplied by the number of eligible derivatives. Family applications can still attract separate fees and costs. This planner does not estimate professional or government fees: enter current written quotes and check what each includes.
Keep a separate living reserve. Do not assume investment distributions will pay tuition or household expenses. Capital repayment and its timing are uncertain; a proposed exit is not a cash-flow commitment.
Review refundable and non-refundable amounts, fees on denial or withdrawal, and currency-conversion costs. The optional currency conversion uses your own rate and is not a live market quote. Threshold adjustments begin on 1 January 2027; reconfirm before filing.
